  • are responsible for the management of multidisciplinary, international project teams with members of the electronic system department and other specialist departments to develop, build and test electronic units for satellites
  • interface between project teams and company internal or external customers
  • plan and coordinate the design, component procurement, manufacturing, test, and qualification activities
  • prepare and maintain project schedules, and reports
  • define the objectives and target achievements in regular project team meetings
  • organise and conduct the design and project reviews with internal and external customers
  • are responsible for the regular reporting of the project status to the company management
  • are responsible for the budget planning and cost estimation for projects
  • write the proposals and lead proposal teams for future projects

Be our forward thinker

You...

  • have an academic degree in a technical discipline (e. g. electronics, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • impress with your distinct interpesonal skills
  • have practical experience in the management of development projects preferably in the space industry
  • have basic knowledge of electronics and electronic design automation software
  • have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • have fluent English skills and good German skills
