  • play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team with various administrative tasks and processes
  • ensure the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment activities, facilitating the hiring process, and assisting in creating a positive candidate experience
  • are responsible for the managing of recruitment-related documentation, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  • are responsible for the Travel Coordination:
    • facilitating travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates invited for on-site interviews, which includes booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, while adhering to the company's travel policies and budget guidelines
  • are responsible for the On-Site Interview Coordination:
    • working closely with hiring managers to schedule on-site interviews, ensuring availability of interviewers and meeting room arrangements
    • providing candidates with all necessary information, such as interview schedules, directions, and any pre-interview materials
  • are responsible for the Candidate Liaison:
    • serving as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process
    • addressing the inquiries of candidates promptly, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience from the initial contact through the final decision-making stage
  • are responsible for Interview Calendar Management:
    • maintaining an organized interview calendar to efficiently schedule candidate interviews
    • collaborating with hiring teams to avoid conflicts and ensure timely follow-ups after each interview
  • are responsible for the communication:
    • keeping all stakeholders informed about interview schedules, updates, and any changes that may arise
    • communicating interview logistics and instructions to candidates with clarity and accuracy
  • are responsible for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Maintenance:
    • utilizing the ATS to manage candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback
  • are responsible for the Process Improvement:
    • continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the interview scheduling process
    • collaborating with the team to implement best practices and streamline procedures

Be our forward thinker


  • have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • have proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role with experience in interview scheduling and coordination
  • are familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Greenhouse and recruitment software
  • have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • have strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • have a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in scheduling and logistics
  • are able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • are commited to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive candidate information
  • have fluent English language skills
