  • have an academic degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or related disciplines
  • have relevant years of work experience in information security, program/project management, or similar
  • have deep knowledge in data analytics (gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data)
  • have expert-knowledge in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, as well as platforms
  • have familiarity/experience with compliance programs and standards such as ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, GDPR
  • have cryptographic and communication protocol know-how
  • have experience in driving security projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining and improving end-to-end processes
  • have profound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • have outstanding communication skills towards all kinds of stakeholders and ability to motivate and inspire others
