  • perform qualification and auditing at subcontractor’s facilities based upon EASA requirements
  • prepare and organize external audits
  • document audits and take care of findings and observations
  • review actions derived from visits, audits and daily operation
  • develop improvement methods and write detailed instructions for qualifications due to EASA Part 21G
  • support Quality Manager to provide sufficient evidence regarding suppliers and subcontractors structure
  • maintain technical library, ensuring all respective EASA requirements are updated

YOU...

  • have a B.Sc. in Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering or equivalent degree with relevant years of additional professional experience in quality management
  • have in-depth experience performing quality inspections in aerospace production and the ability to read and interpret Applicable Design Data
  • are experienced in performing supplier and subcontractor assessments in the aerospace industry and are willing to travel extensively around the world
  • have very good knowledge of EASA Part 21G production process requirements and preferably knowledge of EASA Part 145 mainenance process
  • have basic experiences with AS9100 or ISO 9001 certification and are familiar with aerospace materials, production processes and engineering principles
  • have experience with application of First-Article-Inspection (FAI), Acceptance Testing (ATR) and conformity inspection methods in production
  • have very good knowledge of all MS-Office softwares
  • have very good knowledge of English language
