YOU...

  • report directly to the Head of Production Planning & Control and work closely together with various interfaces and departments e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Production
  • play a key role in the preparation, scheduling and execution of production orders for all factories with a special focus on one specific factory
  • generate and orchestrate the drumbeat of various factories
  • manage the delivery compliance of orders which are outsourced to key suppliers
  • enable the development of the serial aircraft in close collaboration with the engineering team
  • handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet engineering and production requirements
  • generate capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning 
  • work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure the integrity of data for todays and future IT infrastructure
  • develop and maintain a KPI set together with the Head of Factory relating to process, product and operation performance and advise management when on-time order delivery is in jeopardy
  • evaluate production statistics, their impact to the schedules and report major deviations
  • shape the future of our Production Planning & Control set-up on the way to high-volume production

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

  • have a completed degree in (industrial) engineering or equivalent field
  • have in-depth experience in production planning or similar field 
  • have experience in scheduling, planning and controlling of production processes 
  • have a background in manufacturing incl. dynamic planning & execution during prototyping and series ramp-up 
  • have experience with ERP tools (experience with INFOR is highly appreciated)
  • have proven knowledge in project management 
  • are willing to take ownership and to transfer improvement ideas into reality 
  • have fluent written and spoken English language skills
