YOU...

  • design and deliver clean, functional UX/UI solutions for specialized internal engineering tools, translating validated user needs into high-quality interfaces
  • implement, maintain, and extend an existing design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across applications
  • drive discovery and validation activities by analyzing workflows, challenging assumptions, and ensuring solutions address real user problems
  • work within agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) to plan, track, and communicate design activities using tools such as Azure DevOps
  • collaborate closely with developers and engineers to ensure UX/UI designs are technically feasible and aligned with product goals

Be our forward thinker

YOU..

  • have a strong practical understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability heuristics
  • have proven experience designing complex, specialized applications, preferably engineering, CAD, or other highly technical tools
  • are proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
  • have hands-on experience working in agile product development environments, including SAFe or Scrum
  • are fluent in English
