YOU...

  • review customer specifications during the tendering phase to identify spare parts requirements such as reliability, availability criteria, and initial spare stock

  • define, prepare, and maintain spare parts concepts tailored to reference designs and modules

  • coordinate with Technical Project Management, RAM specialists, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics to define, validate, and implement spare parts requirements during project execution

  • manage ordering, storage, and delivery of spare parts, ensuring sufficient lead times and correct allocation to defined storage locations

  • support plant operation during warranty and post-warranty phases by ensuring spare parts availability, replenishment, inventory control, and compliance with service agreements

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

  • hold a completed university degree or equivalent education, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering

  • have several years of experience in product design, product service, or order processing with a strong focus on spare parts management and inventory control

  • possess solid knowledge of technical data sources such as configuration documents, material masters, parts lists, drawings, and product change documentation

  • have advanced skills in MS Office 365 and practical experience with SAP, PCM, COMOS, or comparable IT systems

  • demonstrate advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage
