YOU...

  • create and maintain DOORS modules for all specifications based on the System Breakdown Structure (SBS)
  • ensure proper naming conventions in line with configuration requirements and establish link sets across all modules
  • align and harmonize document nomenclature across the project
  • create and further develop requirement specification templates (e.g., Equipment Specification Templates)
  • review and validate existing templates (e.g., HC SSS / SSDD) and ensure their proper functionality
  • transfer and implement template updates across all relevant system folders
  • review and further develop compliance matrix templates (e.g., Program and HC SSS Compliance Matrices)
  • clean up and standardize existing templates to ensure clarity and usability for all stakeholders
  • test and validate all implemented changes within DOORS
  • act as the first point of contact for engineers and designers regarding DOORS templates and their usage
  • support users with questions related to requirement linking, module structures, and best practices in DOORS

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

  • have completed a degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field of study, alternatively a relevant vocational background with practical experience in requirements management
  • have experience working with IBM DOORS
  • have a solid understanding of requirements engineering and system structures (e.g., SBS)
  • are experienced in creating, maintaining, and standardizing templates and specifications
  • have a structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • are able to clearly communicate complex topics and support different stakeholders
  • enjoy acting as a point of contact and helping others solve tool-related and process-related questions
  • have a good command of English (written and spoken)
