  • monitor the operation of Gas Turbine Blades & Vanes and assess damage modes and severity levels
  • perform condition-based technical evaluations and support engineering assessments
  • analyze the applicability of new and refurbished Blades & Vanes for specific gas turbines and operating conditions
  • provide technical recommendations and solutions in response to customer requests
  • create technical documentation and maintain engineering data within databases
  • communicate engineering instructions and technical requirements to internal and external partner organizations
  • participate in technical projects to investigate complex issues and develop corrective actions and sustainable solutions
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve component reliability and service performance

  • hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
  • have  professional experience working in technical or engineering projects
  • ideally possess knowledge of gas turbine operation, maintenance, or service environments
  • are a solution-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • communicate confidently with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
  • are fluent in English, both written and spoken
