YOU...

  • assemble and manufacture cable harnesses according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • process wires and cables, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and marking
  • install connectors, contacts, sleeves, heat shrink tubing, and other cable harness components
  • perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
  • conduct continuity checks and basic electrical tests on finished cable harness assemblies
  • document manufacturing activities, inspection results, and test outcomes according to defined procedures
  • ensure compliance with production standards, work instructions, and quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process
  • identify, report, and support the resolution of deviations, defects, and non-conformities
  • contribute to process improvements and efficient production workflows
  • collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Project Management teams
 

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

  • have completed a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical discipline; alternatively, you have completed technical vocational training in fields such as mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or possess an equivalent qualification
  • alternatively, bring strong technical hands-on experience and are eager to develop your skills in a manufacturing environment
  • have gained practical experience in manufacturing, assembly, cable harness production, electronics assembly, or a comparable technical environment; however, motivated career changers are also welcome
  • are confident in using Microsoft Office applications
  • ideally have experience working with ERP systems
  • possess a good command of German; basic English skills are considered an advantage
