  • lead digital transformation projects across Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations from initiation to successful implementation and value realization
  • translate business requirements into structured project plans, prioritized use cases, and actionable digital roadmaps
  • act as the key interface between business stakeholders, Digital Operations, IT teams, and external implementation partners
  • manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies while ensuring effective project governance
  • drive adoption of digital solutions through change management, stakeholder engagement, and KPI-driven performance monitoring

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

  • hold a university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
  • bring several years of experience in digital project management, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives
  • have experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or EPC project execution environments
  • possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies as well as digital solutions such as SAP, data analytics, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms
  • have business-fluent English skills; German language skills as well as project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum) are considered an advantage.
